OXOKE builds custom AI systems for companies across the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. We take data protection as seriously as our clients do — this policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
OXOKE ("we", "us", "our") provides AI automation, agents, applications, and growth services to businesses in the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@oxoke.com.
For visitors and clients in the European Economic Area and the UK, OXOKE acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website and as a data processor for client data handled during an engagement.
We keep collection to a minimum and only gather what we need to respond to you and run our business:
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, meet legal and contractual obligations, and — only where permitted — to follow up about relevant work. Our lawful bases are consent, legitimate interest, and the performance of a contract.
We do not sell personal data, and we never use client data to train public AI models.
When we build systems for you, we may process data on your behalf as a processor. That data is handled under NDA where requested, isolated per client, encrypted in transit, used only to deliver the agreed work, and returned or deleted on request.
On AI systems, we keep a human in the loop on consequential decisions and align our handling with the EU AI Act and GDPR principles.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal obligations, or to maintain our legitimate business records — after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these, email contact@oxoke.com and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, per-client isolation, and least-privilege practices to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for defensibility and review our practices regularly.
We may update this policy as our services or the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
